"So the people shouted, and the trumpets were blown. As soon as the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people raised a great shout, and the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up...and they took the city."-Joshua 6:1-27

Sanctity of Human Life Sunday

Please join us at the candlelight vigil at 1625 Opdyke this Sunday, Jan. 22.

For those of us who can't make it to the March for Life, this will be an opportunity to pray in solidarity with the hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers converging on our nation's capital.

It will also be an opportunity to pray in solidarity with our children in the womb, whose vulnerability keeps them second-class citizens, considered the property of their mothers.

I will be placing a luminary on my front porch that evening to honor the life of one child whose life is no longer. If you have a paper bag and a candle, you can do likewise.
